Fees & Insurance

Clear, upfront information about fees and coverage

Straightforward answers about cost, insurance, and what to expect — so you can focus on the work itself.

A quick note on current availability

4U Restoration is a new virtual practice, and insurance credentialing is currently in progress. Sessions are available now on a self-pay basis. If cost is a concern, please reach out — we would rather have the conversation than have you assume the door is closed.

For current session rates and to confirm availability, contact us directly by phone or email — we will respond within 1–2 business days.

Self-Pay Sessions

Self-pay rates are available and shared directly during your consultation so we can match the right session length and cadence to your goals. Payment is due at the time of service.

Insurance

Insurance credentialing is currently in progress. In the meantime, sessions are offered on a self-pay basis, and a superbill can be provided upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance plan.

Consultation

A brief consultation is offered before your first full session so we can talk through what you are hoping for and make sure the fit feels right — for both of us — before beginning ongoing work.

Cancellation

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules so the time can be offered to another client. Late cancellations and missed sessions may be charged the full session rate.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are not using insurance have the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before care begins. One will be shared with you as part of intake, and you can request an updated estimate at any time.

Payment Methods

Major credit and debit cards, HSA, and FSA cards are accepted. Card details are kept on a secure, HIPAA-appropriate platform and used only for session fees agreed upon in advance.
