The experience behind the care

An appreciation for the whole story.

Rhiannon’s professional background spans state hospitals, correctional settings, the foster care system, and work with veterans and military families. These experiences inform her understanding of complex circumstances and the many ways people adapt to them.

At 4U Restoration, she works with individuals, couples, families, children, and teens. Her approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and strengths-based support. Goals are shaped in conversation, with attention to both the challenges you face and the resources you bring.

As a Black-owned practice, 4U Restoration values cultural humility and respect for different backgrounds. Faith and spirituality can be included at your request; they are optional parts of the conversation.

The approach

Professional care. Personal attention.

Listen with context

Your experiences, relationships, culture, and values all belong in the conversation. Care starts with understanding what brings you here.

Work collaboratively

Explore your goals and the patterns affecting daily life, using evidence-based and strengths-based approaches that can be discussed and revisited together.

Respect your pace

Trauma-informed care pays attention to emotional safety, choice, and the pace of the work. You can ask questions and share what feels helpful along the way.

A thoughtful beginning

You can arrive with questions.

You do not need a complete explanation or a clear plan before reaching out. A first conversation can help you understand the approach, discuss practical details, and decide whether the relationship feels right for you.

A beginning, on your terms

Let’s begin with a conversation.

Connect with Rhiannon to ask about therapy, availability, and whether 4U Restoration is the right fit for you.
