Yes. All sessions are held through a secure, HIPAA-appropriate video platform for clients located in Florida or Virginia.

The first session is a warm, unhurried conversation to understand what brought you in, your goals, and how therapy can support you.

Yes. Faith-sensitive support is offered when requested and integrated respectfully alongside evidence-based clinical care.

Accepted plans and self-pay options are listed on the Fees & Insurance page. A superbill can be provided for out-of-network reimbursement.

Standard sessions are 50 minutes. Extended sessions may be available for couples and family work.

Most clients begin weekly, then adjust to bi-weekly as progress builds. Frequency is decided collaboratively.

Yes. Sessions are confidential within legal and ethical limits, which are reviewed together at your first session.
